The Fulbright Teacher Exchange Program will be an opportunity to teach in an American classroom, understand their latest teaching and assessment methodologies and experience a new culture first hand. I would also like to focus on various measures adopted by teachers to support students with learning disabilities and include them into the mainstream. It would be my endeavor to closely observe the facilitation of learning methodologies during outbound activities and the assortment of testing methods which gives students with different learning abilities a fair playing field. Additionally, this experience will be particularly useful in guiding Indian students who aspire to travel to the U.S. for higher studies. |
